I need to add a household member, but I've already applied - what do I do?

Changes to your household cannot be made after submission without cancelling your application.

Once an application has been submitted, changes to your household, unit, or personal information cannot be made without cancelling first. If you need to add a household member, you have two options:

Option 1 β€” Cancel and resubmit If you have not yet received a decision, you can cancel your application and resubmit with the additional household member included. To cancel, log into your account and click "Yes, cancel my application."

If you have already received a decision (approved or conditionally approved), our support team can cancel your application so you can adjust your household and resubmit. Reach out to us and we'll help. Please note: when an application is cancelled, the unit is released and may become available to other applicants.

Option 2 β€” Roommate add-on If you'd prefer not to cancel, you can reach out to the property and ask them to add the household member as a roommate add-on. The property will send them an email invite and they will go through screening. Please note that their income will not contribute to the household qualification.
