Once an application has been submitted, changes to your household, unit, or personal information cannot be made without cancelling first. If you need to add a household member, you have two options:
Option 1 β Cancel and resubmit If you have not yet received a decision, you can cancel your application and resubmit with the additional household member included. To cancel, log into your account and click "Yes, cancel my application."
If you have already received a decision (approved or conditionally approved), our support team can cancel your application so you can adjust your household and resubmit. Reach out to us and we'll help. Please note: when an application is cancelled, the unit is released and may become available to other applicants.
Option 2 β Roommate add-on If you'd prefer not to cancel, you can reach out to the property and ask them to add the household member as a roommate add-on. The property will send them an email invite and they will go through screening. Please note that their income will not contribute to the household qualification.
