Quick Answer
It depends on where you are in the process. If your application has not yet been submitted, you can cancel it and start fresh with a new unit. If it has been submitted, contact support β options are limited but we'll help where we can.
If You Haven't Submitted Yet
You can change your unit selection any time before you hit submit. Here's how:
Log in to your 100 account
Navigate to your unit selection and click "Show More Units"
Select a different available unit, move-in date, or lease term
Your income verification and other completed steps will carry over β you don't need to start from scratch.
If You Already Submitted
Once an application is submitted, the unit selection is locked. To apply to a different unit, you would need to cancel your current application and submit a new one.
Important: Canceling a submitted application may affect your fees. Review the refund policy or contact support before canceling to understand what applies to your situation.
If You're Already Approved
If you've received an approval and want to switch units, you will need to cancel your application and reapply to the correct property, or reach out to the property and ask if this is a change they can make on their end.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I have to pay the application fee again if I switch units?
If you cancel and reapply to the same property, application fees you paid will maintain and you won't have to repay, but you may have to repay the admin fee, depending on the property's refund policy.
Can I switch to a unit at a different property?
No β applications are property-specific. To apply at a different property, you would need to cancel and start a new application there.
The unit I want isn't showing up. What should I do?
If a unit is available at the property but not appearing in 100, make sure your qualified income, lease start and lease term all match with the property's availability. Contact the leasing office to confirm availability.
