My income is showing the wrong amount

The most common reasons your income may look incorrect and what to do about it.

Quick Answer

πŸ“£ It is likely your income is still under review! You will receive an email when it's updated.

Your income is based on 100's connection with your payroll provider and/or any additional sources you connect or supporting documentation you submit. If it looks lower than expected, it usually means one of the following:

  1. Your income documents are still under review (MOST COMMON!)

  2. We weren't able to connect your payroll provider or bank account

  3. You haven't uploaded enough income documentation

If your income has been updated but your pre-qualified amount doesn't look right, you can submit a dispute by clicking "This amount doesn't look correct."

This will issue a dispute with our team and a re-review of your income.
