Our income verification process reviews all income sources and documentation submitted before you submit your application. Review takes 24–36 hours for each submission, including additional income sources added after your first review.
If you receive an email asking for additional documentation: Upload it directly through your application or of you are working with a leasing agent, they can upload it on your behalf. Please do not send us your income documentation through our support channels. Once received, it will be reviewed within the standard 24–36 hour window.
If your income shows "In Review": We have received your documents and are actively reviewing them. No action is needed — you will receive an email once your income is verified and your pre-qualified amount will be updated.
