Income Document Quick Tips

Having trouble submitting income documentation for verification? Make sure your documents are in good order.

Ensuring you submit the correct documents in good order is key to a faster verification process. If our team does not receive the required amount of documents, we will reach out and request them, which adds additional delays.

If you're getting an error uploading documents or want to make sure you have everything ready to go before uploading, be sure to check:

  • Format must be PDF

  • All documents must have unique file names

  • Max file size is 50MB

  • Documents cannot be encrypted, password protected, etc.

  • We do not accept images, screenshots or photos

  • We do not accept documents that are expired or are older than required

  • We do not accept documents that are illegible, blurry or altered

Other things to keep in mind:

  • If submitting an offer letter or assets: confirmed with leasing office that the property accepts them

  • Bank statements cover the full required period (3 months for most types)

  • All income sources are covered (connect your bank and upload documents)

  • Paystub net deposits roughly match bank statement deposits
